Your contact details are private
The email address and optional phone number you submit are treated as private buyer contact information.
Phone is optional. When provided it is used for NationStage account notifications and optional SMS updates about your request.
Never exposed to the network
Your direct contact information is not shown to Cadence Pros members, musicians, bands, public APIs, matching results, or LeadRadar listings.
Professionals see the details of the opportunity you posted, not your inbox or phone number.
Communication runs through NationStage
Responses, questions, proposals, and booking discussion happen through NationStage messaging and your private Event Workspace.
You choose who to engage with, and you can stop a conversation at any time without exposing your personal contact details.
Who can access your information
Only you and authorized NationStage administrators can access your direct contact information.
Administrator access exists for support, fraud prevention, and account recovery, and is not used for marketing your details to third parties.
What we store with your request
We store the opportunity details you submit, your contact information, and basic referral context such as the page you arrived from and any campaign parameters in the URL.
This context helps route your request correctly inside the NationStage network.
